ANNOUNCEMENT
The PVPOA Board of Directors is calling for interested candidates who wish to run in an election for one Trustee position. If you are interested in running for the Trustee position, please provide your name and lot number(s), along with an indication that you would like to run, via email to pvpoa.hoa@gmail.com or by regular mail to P.O. Box 155, Keedysville, MD 21756. In order for your name to be placed on the ballot, your email or mailed response must be received by Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Following the compilation of potential candidates, election ballots will be mailed to PVPOA lot owners for a formal vote. After that, an election will be held at the annual community meeting.

Saturday, May 2 at 10:00 am
This meeting will be held at the community common grounds next to the mailboxes.
Bring a chair.

Terms: Board members are elected to three year, two year, and one year terms. In the event of a resignation the board may appoint a volunteer property owner to remain until the original term is over. If unopposed the sitting board member may stay in their appointed position until resignation or replaced by election.
